I purchased this item because I already had a DeLorme GPS. I like the product, but find that it is not as intuitive to use as some other similar software on the market. One thing that I don't like is that it is more difficult to search an address. Instead of being able to enter a street address as 1329, you may have to enter 1000 - 1500. This takes some getting used to. I also have not figured out how to move easily from one screen to another. Perhaps I am being unfair to the product, as I realize that the company also makes more professional products as well.
I used this product with the GPS mentioned above for finding my way in a strange city. I had my partner as navigator. She had not used the product much prior to this. She was a little frustrated trying to figure out how it worked. However, once she got it going, she did fine.
In summary, I like the price I found on Amazon, the product works with the GPS I have, and I will learn to use it better. Thank you Amazon!
