Customer Review: poor players and crashes often

I purchased the 2009 6 months ago, and should have thrown it out after a week. The program crashes (a new computer by the way) about every 5 hours of play. It has many annoying glitches in the program. Pinochle amusingly, crashes EVERY time I play it, but only after the SECOND round. The bridge program does NOT let you go back and see the trick just taken. I'm not saying after you play another card, but IMMEDIATELY, after it takes a trick it hides it, and you can't look at the cards played. The book supplied is worthless as to the conventions that these partners and opponents are supposedly playing. As I mention, the opponents are pretty dumb, and the only way you loose is because you are just dealt poor cards. All in all, the only games that really work are the solitaire ones, where there is no opponent. You might ask if I have reported these problems to the company, and yes, I have. No response. I'd rate this at less than 1 star if I could.
