Use the calendar management features to schedule all appointments, events, and meetings quickly and easily. For repeating events, schedule regular meetings, monthly events, holidays, birthdays, and to-do items with just one entry. Even set alarms and reminders so you're never late and never miss another appointment or deadline again.

The contact manager can be used to organize names, addresses, e-mails, phone numbers, and personal information including birthdays, anniversaries, spouse and children names, special dates, and more. It is also fully integrated with your calendar. Drag contacts to your calendar to schedule appointments and meetings or assign tasks. Even send e-mail to multiple contacts or connect directly to Web sites directly from your address book.
