I ordered this product in order to refresh my 20 year old typing skills. I am finding it very helpful in this. The lesson plans are good for working on particular deficiencies in my skills. And, I like the magazine articles for the practical practice that they give me. I don't like the arcade area as much, with the typing games. It is probably fine for kids and for beginners though. I just find the other areas more useful to me.
