Customer Review: Having difficulty over the longer term

We bought this program awhile ago and I generally like the idea of the adventure. However, the you first have to do "drills" to unlock the games (unless I missed something, but I looked around in the game a lot). This gets discouraging; it would be better if you could play the games with the keys you were trying to learn, maybe with drills interspersed. My 7-year old daughter will play the games as long as I let her; not so much the drills. Also, we have had lots of software problems after the first couple of months. The game basically stops working and we have to reinstall, sending us back to the beginning (and all the drills). I would not recommend this until they fix some of these issues. Other than that, it's a great idea and the games are pretty neat.
