I've been using Kaspersky for the past two years and found that it is an excellent anti-virus program. So I had no qualms in trying the new Kaspersky Anti-virus 2009. In addition to being an anti-virus program, it also offers maximum protection against spyware, adware, trojans and worms. Plus it has advanced proactive protection, does not slow down your system, even when actively scanning, has free technical support and free automatic hourley updates. I installed it on my Vista laptop and it was a painless installation. It's recommended by C/Net, PCWorld, Consumer Reports, and Computer Shopper. And at Amazon's unbeatable price, it's a great deal.Customer Review: Very good product

I used this program on a computer that had MacAffee suite on it. It found and took care of some nasties that were lurking in the shadows. It was easy enough to download onto computer and use and hasn't been an issue since I put it on the computer.
I've found that MacAffee doesn't always do a good job. So, if you're looking for an adjunct program, or one to take the place of a program, you really should consider this one. Well worth the money.

When this was installed on my computer the entire system was shut down and had to be restored. Since a systems engineer was the one who installed it for me, I highly doubt it was user error. He said he never had such a horrible experience with antivirus software and said he would never again take the chance with this product.Customer Review: People! We've got a winner!

I recently was running Trend Micro on my computer and when the subscription expired I wanted to try a new Anti-Virus software, because Trend Micro was really slowing my computer down. So after reviewing tons of Anti-Virus software , I bought Kaspersky. Now the installation is pretty easy but, if you get stuck, just go to their support center and they will help you with any problems. So after I installed the software it had to do an update and restart, but after that you are ready to go! Now compared to Trend Micro, this program flies! My web pages load instantly, my programs load faster, and pretty much a completely faster system. Now the best feature this software has I think is where it will adjust how much RAM it uses, based on what you are doing. So say that you are trying to load a youtube video and you want all your power to go to that, Kaspersky will automatically adjust how much RAM it is using, to let you watch your movie and then will boost back up when your computer is idle. My son loves it because it is perfect for playing games, especially those high end graphics games that all the kids love. He has noticed a big difference in the speed that the computer manifests now as opposed to running Trend Micro.
It does EVERYTHING that Trend Micro did (& more) , but better! :-) We are pleased!
It is definitely a better value!
