Highly rated. Very easy to install. Unlike some other security software, this one doesn't seem to slow down the entire system. After talking with some techie friends, they convinced me to buy the 2009 version over the 2010, because it's a lot cheaper and they both give you the same daily updates, so after the first time it runs an update of the system, your exactly where you would have been with the newer version...but you've saved yourself some money. A good antivirus and internet protection program with totally lacking support.
I've had it installed on our desktop and two laptops for a couple months. So far, it seems to provide good antivirus protection and internet security. Most times, it does not interfere with the operation of the system. Boot up is slower but not too slow. The program does have problems.
Technical support is totally lacking. I have been required to try to contact technical support twice. The first time because the program does not scan thunderbird e-mails. Still unresolved. No answers that work yet
The last time because my computer started rebooting while being scanned. The e-mail response today from their support clearly shows they did not read the details of what I sent. Their response has nothing to do with the symptoms.
All in all, this is a good program for the price. If you need help with it, good luck. You are going to need it.

I received my 2009 version package without any delays or any damage. After I installed it, I used the same key to upgrade to the 2010 version and it upgraded my Internet Security version to the latest 2010 edition seamlessly. Didn't have any problem using the same key and the product is excellent. Would highly recommend it to anyone. I'm gonna install Windows 7 Ultimate today and hope it will be compatible with the 2010 edition.Customer Review: Great functionality, low consumption of system resources

For several years, I used ZoneLabs' Internet Security software. It worked pretty well, but, over time, I got tired of the way it would seize all system resources to update databases or start a scan. From time to time, and despite jiggering its various settings for privacy, etc., it interfered with many websites and made shutting down the computer take up to five or ten minutes. It was time for something new.
I rehabbed an old computer (Pentium 4 running XP on 2gb) to use at work, and I had a copy of Kaspersky sitting around that I'd picked up for "free" when I bought tax software a few years ago. I loaded it on that machine when I reinstalled the operating system. I was able to upgrade to Internet Security 2009 with the license key. The program runs wonderfully. The machine is much faster than it was with the ZoneAlarm Internet Security software that had been on it. Kaspersky offers all of the protection and functionality, but it is much more transparent -- it doesn't throw up warnings about everything or seek approval whenever a program tries to access a system function or the Internet. It runs scans really quickly, too. I haven't had a problem with any spyware with Kaspersky. Under the ZoneLabs product, I once had a spyware program change my homepage and hijack my browser, and ZoneAlarm's anti-spyware didn't even detect it. (I used Super AntiSpyware to get rid of that one.)
When the Zonelabs license on our other computers at home expired recently, I didn't hesitate to switch to Kaspersky. By buying this 2009 package and getting its license key, I was able to download the 2010 program from Kaspersky's website and install it for less than half the price of the 2010 software, so pay attention to your ability to do that.
This is a good internet security package and is well worth your consideration.

If you like detailed analysis and to go under the hood so to speak, then this is the security suite to get. Gives you far more details and far more settings to tweak then McAfee or Norton. Only con - doesn't work with Windows 7 yet.
