I really like Kaspersky. You can update the software on line at no cost, provided you are within the time period of the license dates. You can also easily renew your subscription on line.
If you have the "internet security" version, you don't need the stand alone anti-virus.
There is a live "customer care" number, if you want to spend hours looking for it, but it is available and they seem quite nice.
All in all, I like Kaspersky very much...
