I am a daily user of this product. The company put this product on the market before it was ready for prime time. Now they've issued an upgrade, 1.5, and want to charge users an exorbitant upgrade fee even though users have suffered long with the shortcomings of this program that should have stayed in beta for another year. It was put on the market with much hype. Eventually this will be a good and usable product, but the service mentality of the management of the company is questionable.
