Customer Review: Loved the product until I upgraded to Windows 7

This product was amazing on Windows Vista and XP, but when I upgraded to Windows 7 it stopped working. To get the product to start I had to download SP4 from from Roxio and this got the majority of the product working, however, it it not all working and often feezes up and crashes. However, while I had it on Windows Vista it worked fine and was a great product if you plan to upgrade to Windows 7 (or Server 2008 R2) save some time and purchase the 2010 edition of this product.Customer Review: Roxio 2009 Ultimate Review

Quite a nice product but am disappointed that as soon as I purchased it, Roxio introduces a new product. As usual, Roxio doesn't give any breaks to purchase the new product if you only recently purchased the old.Customer Review: great... with effort

Haven't done much experimenting with this software but I did produce a movie and try to burn to my Blu-Ray burner and got this message: Project_BuildToDevice() AuthorScript call failed. Error while Writing Format

I found the Roxio DVD 7 software that came with my old Windows XP computer very useful and simple to use. I bought Creator 2009 for use on my new Vista Home Premium 64 bit computer. I've had nothing but trouble with it starting fom trying to install it, ( Computer froze up ) had to close all security to get it to install. I've gotten updates, tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I've spent many hours trying to make it work. I've given up and removed it from my hard drive. OUT $69:00
