I ordered Creator 2010 via the Internet from Sonic/Roxio, but the download was going to take 6 hours, so I cancelled it and contacted Sonic/Roxio to cancel my order. After 3 weeks of dodging me, they eventually sent me a form for me to click the box confirming I didn't have their product on my system, so they could give me a refund "within one week". After a week - no refund. I contacted them yet again and was informed that I wasn't getting a refund!!! I may have to take them to court. HORRIBLE company!!!!

I mainly purchased this for their "Videowave 11" video editor, but found that to have fatal design flaws making it unusable, such as how split audio clips have pauses in between them and how you can't resize the beginning of video clips only the end. I tried most of the other features/programs, like the DVD player "Cineplayer" etc. I am rather dumbfounded, sometimes things would just stop working after working just the day before, sometimes I couldn't even figure out how to do the simplest thing. I can't recommend this program for anyone at all, I feel sorry for the people that bought this. This is a shame on the entire software industry. I'm sorry, that is truly how I feel. Roxio must have major management/design/development issues, I hope they start fresh and fix their software.

Roxio Creator in various versions, including 2009, has not worked well for me. On occasion I reformat my harddisk and reinstall my programs and I always hope Roxio will pop to and start working for me. But, it has not. I'm looking for another program at this point.
