Easy Movie Making Features
With Vegas Movie Studio Platinum, you can easily capture video and images by quickly importing digital photos, video from DVD camcorders, DV, and even HDV. Simple actions such as drag-and-drop lets you create and edit movies and slideshows with effects, transitions, and music. And finally, you can share your project by burning your movies to DVD, VCD, or CD. You can also easily export to formats including QuickTime or Windows Media, or export as HDV back to your HD camera.

Vegas Movie Studio Platinum includes the ability to easily import from finalized DVD disc recorded with Sony DVD Handycam camcorders. The Platinum Edition also includes four tracks for video and four tracks for audio, so you have a powerful editing and compositing environment at the tips of your fingers. With real-time audio and video event reverse functionality, you can reverse audio and video events on the timeline in real time, with no rendering required. Tape-style audio scrubbing lets you quickly scrub through your video to find specific sections, while native VST effect and DirectX audio plug-in support increases your options for effects you can apply to your audio tracks. And with ACID loop support, your video scoring and audio mixing is easier than ever. ACID loops contain special meta data that enables Vegas Movie Studio+DVD software to easily match tempo and key in real time.
