This is something you need, unless you have no friends or family members. If you have any multiplayer game, you know that it is more fun when you have 4 people instead of 2. Multiplayer of first person shooters is way better with 4 people like in Red faction 2 or 007: Nightfire. It works perfectly and adds a lot of fun when you have company. And your friends won't get mad at you if they can't play.Customer Review: doesn't work

there are 3 problems to my knowledge with the multi-tap, It *is* a gimmic, because they could've put the extra controller ports on the ps2 itself, but they chose not to to earn more money. 2nd problem is that it doesn't work with ps1 games, and vice versa. 3rd problem, is the biggest probably; there are no freaking games that support it. race game would be number one priorty, there are only 5 racing games to my knowledge that support it, and wtf tony hawk doesn't, why not. gauntlet is the only game i've used it excessively for. jeez, SONY next time you make a new playstation please put the freaking 4 slots on the console itself, whats my stock money going to.Customer Review: the shiz
