Software Reviews of MasterCook Deluxe 9.0Customer Review: Just what I was looking for! Summary: 5 StarsI needed something to help me with my many recipes. This is just what I was looking for. It is easy to install and the tutorial helps you learn how to use it. I also love the feature when you enter your recipe and then you can see what the nutritional value is of that recipe. I would highly recommend this program.
Customer Review: Master Cook 9.0 Summary: 5 StarsThis is a fantastic program if you're on a special diet such as for high cholesterol or diabetes. It is so easy to use, to add your own ingredient list with the food label "stats", make substitutions in recipes and watch the affect those substitutions have on a recipe. It's very easy to add your own recipes as well. As a newly diagnosed diabetic, this has been one of the best tools I could have found to help me manage my carbohydrate and saturated fat intake. This is the greatest.
Customer Review: MASTERCOOK DELUXE 9.0 COOKING PROGRAM Summary: 5 StarsThis is the third edition of this program that I have had. I had to replace my last one when I recently got a new computer with Vista and my old program didn't work with it. Although the packaging doesn't list Vista compatability, and the manufacturer said it would not work with Vista, I had no trouble installing it and transferring all my recipes in my old cookbook over into it. I use this program mostly for storing my own recipes in my own cookbooks, and it is great. I've already recommended it to friends and caterers and chefs I work with. And it's even less than half the price of what it was 10 years ago. Definitely worth the money! Enjoy!!

Customer Review: MasterCook Deluxe 9.0 not for Vista Summary: 1 StarsMasterCook Deluxe 9.0 was advertised by Amazon as Vista compatable. The Manufacture, ValuSoft, does not advertize is as Vista compatible and I could not get it to print. Also I could not find a call in number for any support. I tried to run MasterCook in the Xp mode of Vista and could not get the print function to work. I have trouble with MasterCook and other programs to run in the XP mode under Vista. Amazon customer service did stand behind their advertizement and did refund the cost of the product.
